**For readers 18+ due to sexual content, and language.**
Pippah has always been nothing more than a side issue for her parents. So when she was diagnosed with breast cancer at twenty-one, she didn't tell them. She didn't need to be rejected, again. Even a one night stand with a man who woke up her soul and brought her to life again.
Grant hadn't expected to see his mystery girl ever again. Until he realized 'the brat' he was supposed to babysit was none other than the woman who rocked his entire world off it's axes.
Their need for each other only grows and the desire to find out what love really means rises to the fore.
But Pippah has secrets. What Grant discovers will bring him to his knees.
Book two picks up right where book one left off – Grant has just pulled a man, who was attacking Pippah, off of her. Grant has decided that Pippah will be his and when he and Pippah have an argument that sends her storming off Grant decides to take matters into his own hands. This is a steamy short read, Pippah and Grant spend the bulk of the story in bed together. Grant worries that because they’ve had unprotected sex Pippah may become pregnant and Pippah is to scared of Grants potential reaction to tell him about her breast cancer and infertility.
I really enjoyed reading this, it’s a great part two and leaves you wanting more. Being a serial it is a short read and does end on a cliff hanger – I’m excited for the next installment.
